Our CPP and DPP slate maps directly onto the refinery distillation column — light distillates at the top, heavy residuals at the bottom — and onto the crude types feeding it.
Light sweet
Low density, low sulphur, higher API — maximum light distillate yield.
Medium sour
Medium density, moderate sulphur — balanced middle distillate slate.
Heavy sour
High density, high sulphur, lower API — residual and bitumen weighted.
